IMPORTANT Stay to Play Details and Lodging Information :
This is a Stay to Play event. All travel teams are required to book rooms through our official lodging portal, EventConnect. Please review the Event Lodging Policy for details on distance exemptions and total room night requirements.
TCS partners with a wide variety of hotels, offering different brands, amenities, and price ranges, and locations to meet the needs of most teams.
- Hotels fill quickly! We encourage you to book early to secure your preferred location and room type.
- Hotel availability is dynamic – blocks expire, hotels may add rooms, and new properties can be added. If you don't find what you need, check back or email teamsupport@triplecrownsports.com (include your event and team name).
How to Book:
- Upon registration and payment, the coach (main contact) will receive a custom team booking link from EventConnect.
- If someone else is handling your lodging, add them to your team dashboard rather than just forwarding the link.
- Booking options: Your team must meet the minimum required room nights using your custom EventConnect link to be scheduled for the event. (See full Event Lodging Policy for details.)
- One person ( coach, team manager, parent) can hold a block of rooms for up to 10 days.
- Families can book individually at any hotel from the approved list. Your link will automatically tally all nights toward your team’s requirement.
- Any reservations made through third-party providers (Hotels.com, Expedia, Hotwire, direct hotel bookings, or reward points) will not fulfill the Stay to Play requirement.
- Alternate lodging requests (surcharge/buyout): Teams staying at campgrounds, RV parks, VRBOs, etc., can apply for a code to pay the Lodging Surcharge (proof required). More information is in the Event Lodging Policy
- Local Teams within the required distance (as outlined in the Event Lodging Policy) are automatically marked as local by zip code—no waivers needed. They will still receive a lodging email link offering any families our special rates.
Booking through our host and partner hotels supports the event directly. It helps us negotiate great rates for you and ensures the continued success of this and future tournaments. We recommend you research your hotel choices rating and offerings before booking to be sure it meets your needs and expectations.
