Payment Schedule is as follows:
Deposit - 25% per traveler due at Registration (Non Refundable)
Pay #2 – 25% per traveler due by Jan 15
Pay #3 - 25% per traveler due May 15
Final Payment – Due June 1
Late/missed payment will result in being replaced on the trip and no deposit refunds will be issued.
18 players max per team
18 players per team allows the flexibility to handle 6 games worth of pitching and catching during the trip. This is paradise, but it's also hot and humid during August. In order to protect players health, and pitchers arms - we are prioritizing larger roster sizes
Playing time will be set in advance of the tournament to ensure as equitable playing time as possible. Player health comes first, so adjustments may be made if a player is sore or worrying about the heat.
At Bats – Set lineups will be used throughout the tournament to provide all players with equitable at bats during the event. Rolling lineups, strategic subs, and Designated Hitters may be used to balance out playing time.
Important to note – this event is more about the overall experience and NOT about wins. The games being played are not a tournament format. Our goal is to provide a world-class experience. Our emphasis is not on wins and we will not sacrifice at bats or playing time to get a win.
Facilities will be used across the island and be a mix of historic fields to pristine MLB quality facilities. This is done on purpose so players can experience different types of Dominican Baseball.

Regardless if the event makes or not, Triple Crown will keep $100 per registration on all refunds.
We have a very strict, but fair refund policy for this trip. When working with All Inclusive Resorts, and large scale transportation companies, almost every expense is due well in advance of the trip. Therefore, our refund policy on this event differs from other Triple Crown Sports Events.
The first deposit is non-refundable. If paid in full from the start, 25% of the registration (equates to the amount of the first deposit) is non-rundable
There are no refunds issued for injury or any other reason after June 1, 2026
It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance from a 3rd party for this trip to protect your investment. There's many companies who offer travel insurance
If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God before we travel to the island (i.e. COVID-19), the entry fee will be refunded via check minus the 25% deposit.
Once on the island, if 1 game is played, 25% of the player and guardian registration will be refunded. There are no refunds for the additional travelers. If 2 games are played, there are no refunds. This is due to us still having to pay for group lodging on the island whether games are played or not

Overall, yes! The Dominican Republic is very safe for Americans to travel to. As a staff, we have also planned this event with as many safety precautions and best practices as we could to help ensure the safety of every traveler in our party.
We are working with many different academies on the island to find fair competition for our games. Based on how our roster looks for the final trip, we will lign up games against quality opponents who match our overall talent level.
Call Brennen! I'm more than happy to talk about the Dominican Republic and what this country means to the baseball world. But in short, this trip will open up your players eyes to a whole new world. Baseball in the Dominican is a way of life, and so deeply embedded into their culture - it's really unlike anywhere else in the world.
This trip not only will show your players how the Dominicans work and train, but will give these players a chance to experience baseball like they've never had before. Between the games, the workouts on the beach, joint practices with Dominican Academies, top level coaching, DSL games, community service, and meeting new people from around the United States and another country.
I invite you to attend this trip which will be truly inspiring, and give new perspective on this game and life. Baseball is one of the universal languages, and we have the opportunity to share with some truly amazing people.
We have a good mix of facilities we will play at from pristine jungle fields that MLB runs showcases on, to some of the oldest and most historic fields in the world. Our goal is to showcase all of Dominican Baseball, and that includes fields that aren't up to the standards of high level baseball in the United States, all the way to fields and facilities MLB use while on the island. As mentioned above, baseball is a way of life on the island. You'll see fields that are literally goat pastures that have old tires for an outfield fence. Anywhere a base can be put on the ground is enough of a field for these players. And we will showcase it all.
The payment plan is essentially 4 equal installments on your registration. And it's based on how many travelers are in your party. Just traveling with player and one family member? Your deposit will be less than traveling with the entire family. There's no extra fees for paying over time.
Everybody in your party needs a valid US Passport to travel to the Dominican Republic. As of this moment, there are no vaccine restrictions, or travel bans in place that require any additional documentation. All travelers will need to fill out a tourism card, which can be filled out online within 48 hours of traveling to the Dominican Republic. All members of the travel party will be given additional communications leading up to traveling to ensure it's smooth.
Baseball! 7 innings, no time limit, wood bat. Other than that, pretty much baseball. Both the 14u and 16u team will play at 60/90 dimensions.
